Eager to find out your local IP address or your public IP address (WAN IP), here’s how to do it:

By now I guess you are familiarized with Command Prompt. Open up a command prompt window and type in ipconfig and hit enter. After that you will see your IP addresses if you have multiple NICs. And there you have your local IP addresses.

To locate your WAN IP address, which is the last IP address before the internet go to myipaddress.ro and you will find your WAN IP Address.

My main thing was to find out my WAN IP and together with my local IP Address I thought to make an application that does that for me and simplifies my work. So it is just a release that finds out more than local IP and WAN IP. It find out also the user logged in, the computer name, which you already know and the MAC address. If you have my toolbar installed go to PC Info button, click it and the file will be downloaded or go to http://files.cyecorp.ro/cyecorp/cyePCInfo.zip.

Tell me what you think and if you want to add more features tell me what to add !
